JOIN KAREN IN EXPLORING CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF ANATOMY
Originally an Ashtangi, Karen has made many trips to Mysore since she first studied with Pattabhi Jois in 2003. Her style incorporates power, precision, and fascination with all things nonlinear. She is now an E-RYT 500, YACEP & Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals. Karen founded Meadowlark Yoga pre-2010 and since then has embraced an inter-lineage approach to yoga. Community building and empowerment through personal growth inspire her continued commitment to yoga and its critical discourse. Karen lives with her husband Simon and their two toddlers in the Scottish Borders.
